1. Use of BizTrack LK

BizTrack LK is provided to help Sri Lankan small businesses manage customers, quotations, invoices, payments, and WhatsApp sharing.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, quotation, invoice, payment, and business information you enter into the system.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

BizTrack LK may offer free trial, Basic, and Pro plans. Pricing, features, and subscription terms may change as the product improves.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep BizTrack LK available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

5. Data and Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You should not share your account access with unauthorized users.

6. Limitation of Liability

BizTrack LK is a business support tool. We are not responsible for business losses caused by incorrect data entry, missed payments, user mistakes, or third-party service issues.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as BizTrack LK grows.
